Zionist Congress

Founded in 1897 by Theodor Herzl, the Zionist Congress performs the role of legislating for the Zionist Organization. Any Jew worldwide over the age of 18 with membership in a Zionist society may vote, and the institution persists to this day, with the 38th World Zionist Congress meeting in 2020.
